Citrus paradisii) Grapefruit Pink essential
oil is a spiritual up-lifter, and eases muscle fatigue and stiffness. It is also
a purifier of congested, oily and acne prone skin. it has a fresh, tart citrus
smell that is very characteristic of the fruit.

Lime (Citrus aurantifolia) The therapeutic properties of lime pure essential oil are refreshing and uplifting. The main constituents in lime essential oil are limonene, bergapten, citral, camphene, and linalool. All of these substances are antiseptic and astringent. This allows lime essential oil to help with many conditions.
Lime can create photosensitivity, and as such, one should avoid direct sunlight
for 3 - 6 hours on the area where lime has been applied.

Sweet Orange, Wild (Citrus sinensis) Sweet Orange essential oil smells just like fresh orange
peels, and brings a smile to the face. It is good to smell this
oil when you are feeling a little low. It encourages a positive
outlook and is uplifting to the spirits. One of our favorite
ways to use this oil is to place a few drops on hot sauna rocks.
The heavenly smell will quickly fill the room. Use on the skin
with caution and in low dilution due to phototoxic effect of
citrus oils.
Orange is also beneficial for migraines, SAD, fibromylagia,
digestive complaints and depression.

Orange Essential oils are pressed from the peels
rather than being steam distilled like most essential oils are.
Use all Orange oil on the skin with caution and in low dilution
due to the phototoxic effect of citrus oils.

Tangerine- Essential Oil (Citrus reticulata)
Sweet and with a more subtle aroma than mandarin,
Tangerine essential oil is said to promote happiness and have a
positive effect on cellulite and stretch marks. This oil is also a
favorite with children. Tangerine essential oil is useful for improving
circulation and reducing fluid retention. It also seems to have a
gentle, soothing action on the nervous system and so is helpful
for stress and tension. Use with care and in dilution as citrus
oils can be photosensitive.
